If a covered component fails and the manufacturer approves the replacement, we’ll take care of it at no cost to you, including parts and labor. We handle the paperwork—you just let us know.

• Roof Leak Protection – 15 Years

  We guarantee that our roof penetrations are sealed and secured. If a leak happens due to our work, we’ll fix it—for 15 years from your installation date.
