AJ and his team installed our solar system this November in Lexington MA.   The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the install was very well done.  Communication with Adam (sales) and AJ (CEO) was very smooth throughout the project.    I also like that they used US-manufactured panels. Got several different quotes for our system. AJ was one of only 2 that showed up in person. He was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Put together a great system for our needs. Timeline from start to turning on was super quick. Always updated on each step. Everyone on the install crew was also great and professional. AJ and team are great to work with. We had a lot of issues due to the location, and coinciding utility work. AJ was very patient and careful to review the details. They worked extremely hard to keep everything on pace, and at each step, made sure everything was in place before proceeding. I could have been a much more nerve racking process.  Glad it wasn’t. We wanted to get solar up before the tax credit ended.  After thorough research and recommendations, we approached 3 different companies to quote and design.  AJ from future energy was 2 of the 3 that showed up in person quickly.   The process was very transparent, communications were clear and there were no "games" with pricing or the entire process.  Once we decided to move forward.  The entire installation crew came on time and was very professional.  The whole 38 panel system went up in 1 day.  The longest part of the process was waiting for permission to operate after installation from Eversource(local electric company responsible for the grid to the house).   We had the system up in less than 3 months.   There was one issue after the installation when we weren't getting power from one of the panels.  AJ and team came the very next day after we noticed the issue.  The Future Energy team identified a faulty wire and fixed the root cause quickly.    Overall, we had a wonderful experience dealing with AJ and Future Energy.  I'd recommend and use them again for any future projects.

I've had my current system for about 6 months without any significant issues except one that was found and fixed before it went online initially by the installer. Biggest issue I had during the project was the time it took to get local permitting (Utility approvals went pretty quickly once they had everything, but my town didn't give final approvals until about 6 months later).  This is not the fault of the installer, this is a known problem of getting home solar in MA, so be aware that even with all the paperwork in, approvals needed before work is allowed can be glacially slow, but once everything was approved, everything was up and running in a couple of weeks with one exception that was, again, due to town inspections/permitting.  We submitted everything in March, and didn't get to start installing until September the same year, and weren't able to start using the system until December.  So be prepared for a long wait regardless of which installer you use. My experience with this company was great.  AJ was very knowledgeable and explained almost everything clearly and succinctly, and was very on top of updates and whenever Eversource would ask for some new piece of information or documentation they forgot they needed to ask us for. (AJ forwarded pretty much all of the relevant emails from the utility to us so we were kept abreast of approvals) I haven't had an issue with the system yet, so I haven't had an opportunity to see how well they respond to issues after install, but I'm pretty happy with this company and would happily refer people to them if they were also planning to get solar for their homes.

We used Future Energy Solar in 2023 to install an approx 10kW system on our house. AJ was great to work with. His team was flexible and were able to place the inverter where it would be out of sight. We used EnergySage to compare prices after getting AJ's quote.  They had close to the best price.  AJ was responsive about helping us set-up REC payments. I had a great experience with AJ. The best part of Future Energy Solar is the customer service. He’s always available to answer questions or perform minor fixes after the initial installation. I’ve heard nightmares with Tesla customer service. I’ve had no major issues since our install in 2021 when we put on an almost 15kw system. Very happy that I did as I moved the house to all electric and electric prices continue to sky rocket thus solar has been one of the smartest investments we’ve made with the house. 53mwh since that team even with an east facing roof shaded in the early morning.
