With two families living in the home and substantial year-round energy demand, the goal was to maximize the available roof space and significantly reduce the property’s dependence on the utility.

Although the home’s annual usage exceeded what the available roof space could fully offset, this custom-designed system will still generate more than 25,000 kWh of clean electricity each year, significantly reducing utility costs while providing long-term value.
