You may not get the fancy sales presentation like some others, but will have on on-the-ground discussion of the system that matters. And that shows up in the overall cost, which was one of the lowest for the same system, as the sales team cost is passed on to customers. Once we signed the agreement, the overall process was very smooth, and ahead of schedule. AJ handled all communication with manufacturers, Eversource, and town to get the paperwork in place and coordinated to get the system was up and running in less than 3 months. His crew was hard-working and professional. AJ was equally responsive in post-sales service whenever I had any question. My overall experience was positive, and I am glad that I gave my business to Future Energy. They may be smaller business, compared to other bigger installers in the region. AJ has a thorough understanding of the paperwork and program in Wakefield and got everything approved very efficiently. The equipment is top-notch and comes with a very strong warranty due to their status as a pro installer with REC. The interconnection and installation was completed in one day and the aesthetics were really good. AJ's electrical team did a nice job with the external conduit runs, keeping them minimally visible. The solar array looks great too. The system has been up and running since mid-May without any issues at all and I have full production monitoring in the Enphase app. AJ was highly responsive throughout the process and even provided a great roofer recommendation that I used to replace my roof before installing the solar system.
